SAP BI Consultant

Main Purpose of the Job

You are going to be a member of BI team tasked to build new analytics platform for Girteka. In this role you will support and guide business requirements gathering,enabling BI Developers to construct data models and deliver SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards. You will oversee product development and guide user acceptancetesting to ensure business needs are met.
You will also have an opportunity to expand your responsibilities and take hands-on development tasks in SAP BI tools, contributing to successful report and datamodel delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:
• Coordinate reporting requirements delivery between Business Analysts and IT
• Understand business processes and source systems data
• Manage reporting instructions and functional documentation
• Coordinate user acceptance testing activities
• Analyze reporting bugs as well as functional gaps and ensure implementation and resolution
• Align with source systems experts and consultants
• Provide support on SAP BI production issues
• Drive continuous improvement of project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals
• Participate in team agile events
• Raise flags proactively for any issues that can impact project or team

• Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized
• Knowledge of methods, techniques and best practices used in data warehousing and / or business intelligence
• Knowledge of functional requirements gathering & documentation
• Knowledge of BI development and data modelling
• Knowledge of software development life cycle
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology and tools like Atlassian Jira
It would be a plus if you have experience with any of below tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud),SAP Data Intelligence Cloud, SAP Data Lake Cloud, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
Experience with other Business intelligence tools is also an advantage

• Salary Range: 3110 - 4660 EUR Gross, Final compensation offer will be dependent on the candidate's experience and skills.
