RPA Software Engineer

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Follow RPA development best practices, coding standards, and documentation requirements.
• Support automation governance, including code reviews, testing, release management, and production support.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven hands-on experience developing automation solutions with UiPath. 
• Strong understanding of RPA best practices, software development principles, and solution design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• UiPath certification (such as UiPath Certified Professional) is an advantage.
• Experience with other automation technologies, particularly AI-driven automation solutions, will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Base monthly salary

From 3350 to 4190 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
