Process Expert

What we expect from you:
- Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and define future processes and system enhancements.
- Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities and propose TO BE business processes.
- Prioritize and manage the process and system improvement backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmap.
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance process standardization, ERP optimization, and regulatory requirements
- Support solution design, testing, change management, and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.
What you will do:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business process management or Finance transformation/ERP implementation role.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.

- Base monthly salary: from €3630 to €4540 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
