Pricing Specialist

Short-term pricing specialist is responsible for executing the company's pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, competitor analysis and profitability goals. They support sales team by providing data-driven pricing decisions and maintaining accurate pricelist.

Your Responsibilities

• Price Setting & Customization: Accurately price company services based on predefined pricing lists while considering customer-specific requirements, directions, seasonality, cargo types, and volumes.
• Pricing Optimization: Continuously refine pricing strategies using insights from market trends, as well as analysis of successful and unsuccessful tenders and client requests.
• Fleet Utilization: Analyze cargo volumes and flows to ensure optimal fleet usage and operational efficiency.
• Market Monitoring & Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on industry trends, seasonal fluctuations, and competitor activities to maximize profitability and service offering competitiveness.

Our expectations

• Educational Background: Higher education (preferably in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematical Statistics, or Finance).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with an advanced proficiency in MS Excel and computer-based data analysis.
• Detail-Oriented: Diligence, precision, and the ability to handle and process large amounts of information efficiently.
• Decision-Making: Ability to independently make informed, data-driven decisions and confidently justify your reasoning.
• Language Skills: Good command of English and Lithuanian.
• Advantageous Skills: Experience in transportation, familiarity with market dynamics, and a keen interest in analyzing market changes and trends.

Base monthly salary: from 2110€ to 2630€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
