Main Purpose of the Job

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Be the first point of contact for candidates from Brazil.
• Consult candidates by phone and online, providing them with all necessary information.
• Manage candidate data in our internal system.
• Order documents online and prepare employment documentation.
• Collaborate with international recruitment agencies.
• Handle non-standard situations and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

What do we expect from you?

• Good skills of English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Responsibility, flexibility, and quick thinking.
• Computer literacy and willingness to work with modern systems.
• Experience in HR or administration is an advantage, but not essential.
