Your Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor for Team and Division Managers to align human resources practices with business objectives.
- Act as a partner in development and implementation of HR processes such as performance, engagement, talent management, employee development, etc. in close collaboration with HR Competence centers.
- Foster a one-company-culture to create a positive working atmosphere based on the core values across various geographies
- Identify future needs of competencies and ensure necessary actions to fill the gaps.
- Actively participate in change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights that drive business decisions and improve employee performance.
Our expectations:
- At least 2+ years’ successful experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager/HR Generalist.
- Business acumen and the ability to align HR with business goals
- Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking with an ability to systematize and process a big amount of information
- Good knowledge of the HR processes.
- Eager to implement his/her ideas, based on future HR trends and the best practices.
- Good Lithuanian, English skills written and spoken. Russian language – spoken.

- Base monthly salary: from 2650€ to 3320€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
