About the role
The Mid-Level HR Business Partner supports the HR function by managing key HR processes and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing compliance with policies, enhancing employee engagement, and addressing complex HR issues. The HRBP collaborates with leadership to implement effective HR practices and uses data insights to improve talent management and organizational performance. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to influence and support employees and middle level management in achieving business objectives.
What we expect from you:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the Team and Division Managers, aligning human resources practices with the business objectives of the logistic company.
- Partnering with the HR Competence Center to develop and implement HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and development initiatives tailored specifically to administrative and operations employees.
- Fostering a strong company culture that promotes core values and supports employees across multiple locations and geographies.
- Actively participating in change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and business transformation.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that drive business decisions and enhance employee performance.
What you will do:
- At least 2 years of proven success as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role partnering with business leaders.
- A people-centric professional who possesses deep empathy, understands employee needs, and is dedicated to creating a supportive work environment.
- Strong ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with leaders and diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using HR analytics and metrics to drive business decisions.
- Solid expertise across core HR disciplines: talent and performance management, employee relations, employment law, and HR operations.
- Passionate about implementing innovative ideas based on emerging HR trends and industry best practices.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.

- Base monthly salary: from €3630 to €4540 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
