What can you expect your day to look like?
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Team and Division Managers, aligning human resources practices with the business objectives of a transport company.
- Partnering with HR Competence Center to develop and implement HR processes, including performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and development initiatives tailored specifically to the administrative and transport area employees.
- Fostering a strong company culture that promotes core values and supports employees across multiple locations and geographies.
- Actively participating in change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring and business transformation.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyzing HR metrics to provide insights that support business decisions and enhance employee performance.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of successful experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role supporting business leaders.
- Comfortable advising and influencing leaders and diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in using HR analytics and metrics to deliver insights and recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Expertise across core HR disciplines, including talent management, performance management, employee relations, labour relations and HR operations.
- Eager to implement innovative ideas, based on future HR trends and the best practices.
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills (written and spoken). Russian language skills are considered an advantage.

- Base monthly salary: from €3450 to €4310 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
