Organization Development Specialist

We are looking for an Organization Development Specialist to take on the challenge of managing various organizational development projects and initiatives. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by fostering the growth and development of our people, ensuring the best employee experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive and own the global onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and leaders: from systems setup to training, from data collection to actionable outcomes.
  • Contribute to the global leadership development and its implementation across the company, supporting key projects and training programs such as leadership training, mentorship, etc.
  • Oversee the leadership library, ensuring its regular updates and communication.
  • Provide input on other organizational development processes (such as employee engagement, performance management, talent development, succession planning and other future projects) and support their implementation across the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to creating scalable solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Conduct data collection on organizational development processes and projects using surveys, interviews, and other studies. Analyze the data and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain aspects of internal communication related to organizational development.

Our expectations

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR within an international company. Experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist roles would be an advantage.
  • A strong team player and problem-solver with a people-focused work approach.
  • Results-oriented and proactive, eager to engage in daily hands-on activities.
  • Well-organized, with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence, with strong listening skills and empathy.
  • Proficiency in English and Lithuanian is required.

  • Base monthly salary: from 2110€ to 2630€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
