We are looking for a Talent Development Partner to take on the challenge of managing various organizational development projects and initiatives. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by fostering the growth and development of our people, ensuring the best employee experience.
Responsible for advising on and supporting the organizational development (annual processes and talent development) of the workforce. Implements and executes policies, processes, and training offerings.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key annual global processes: oversee the execution of the engagement survey and performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Analyze results, translate insights into action plans, and collaborate with stakeholders not only in execution but also by providing strategic recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement the global Talent & Succession Development framework: structure a comprehensive process, equipping stakeholders with tools for talent identification and growth planning. Serve as a key resource for best practices and workforce strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to creating scalable solutions that drive organizational success.
- Conduct data collection on organizational development processes and projects using surveys, interviews, and other studies. Analyze the data and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain aspects of internal communication related to organizational development.
Our expectations
- At least 2 years of experience in managing organizational and/or improvement projects within an international company. Experience in Organizational Development or as an HR Business Partner would be an advantage.
- Results-oriented and proactive, eager to engage in daily hands-on activities.
- Well-organized, with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize, and build effective relationships.
- A strategic thinker with an eye for detail, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian is required.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
