Multimedia Content Specialist

What you will do:

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other Girteka channels;
• Find and develop authentic stories together with drivers, transport base teams, managers and internal experts;
• Produce driver interviews, stories from the road, expert videos and other engaging transport-related content;
• Regularly visit transport bases, connect with drivers and confidently conduct interviews and appear on camera;
• Adapt and localise content for different audiences, primarily in Russian and English, and collaborate with influencers when relevant;
• Follow social media trends, experiment with new formats and use content performance insights to continuously improve results.

What we expect from you:

• Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher and proficiency in English;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in multimedia content creation, social media, digital marketing, communications or a similar field;
• Strong hands-on skills in filming, video editing, sound and visual composition, supported by a portfolio of your work;
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta and YouTube content, social media trends and video storytelling;
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera, with strong communication skills and the ability to connect naturally with different people;
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to regularly travel to Girteka transport bases.

• Base monthly salary: from €2930 to €3670 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
