Master Data Analyst

Master Data Analyst is responsible for data quality of Business partners across CRM, SAP and MS Dynamics Axapta. It includes daily support for business as well as running data quality reports and fixing data discrepancies. Collaborates with data owners from business functions.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Data Quality - regularly control internal contact, region and other critical attributes’ consistency across 3 systems.
• This includes running data reports, addressing misalignments to data owners and arranging mass updates in Salesforce, SAP, Axapta (MS Dynamics Axapta).
• Monthly check of non-active project contract IDs and removal from combination table.
• Maintain Business Partner mapping across Salesforce, SAP and Axapta to ensure proper data flow.
• Manage “Customer” (Užsakovas) master data and ensure correct creation of internal and external contacts.
• Manage Business Partner combinations across SAP and Axapta to ensure correct data flow for SAP TM (Transportation Management) processes.
• Support business in data discrepancies when data synchronization stops between Salesforce, SAP, Axapta.
• Collaboration with Salesforce administrators in setting up new users, dealing with data errors there. 

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor degree in Business data management or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in data management, data quality, or related functional data roles.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics Axapta etc.) across several business units would be considered as an advantage.
• Understand and manage data quality process.
• Collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure the domain is fit to support their needs.
• Independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and make decisions in fast changing environment

• Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
