Maintenance and Technical Support Manager

We are looking for Maintenance and Technical Support Manager to oversee the company's trucks and trailers maintenance, repair and efficiency. This role is characterised by strategic thinking, the ability to manage partnerships, optimise processes and lead a team to achieve the highest performance standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with local and international service providers.
  • Lead expansion initiatives to drive service growth in Lithuania and abroad.
  • Optimize technical support operations, enhancing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Provide actionable insights based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices.
  • Act as a key decision-maker in driving continuous improvements and operational success.

Our expectations

  • Experienced professional with proven leadership experience in technical support, maintenance, transport management, or service operations.
  • 3 years experience as a leader, ideally with multi-functional responsibility.
  • Fluent in English and Russian; knowledge of Polish language is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage key partnerships.
  • An analytical decision-maker with a track record of driving efficiency and process improvements.
  • A results-driven professional with a deep understanding of service quality and operational performance.

Base monthly salary: from €4310 to €5390(before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
