Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Classtrucks is a leading player in the used trucks and transport solutions industry, empowering logistics companies and drivers with reliable vehicles and services across Europe. We are building a marketing team that can take our customer engagement to the next level.
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and execute customer journeys that maximize engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who loves combining creativity with analytics to deliver highly personalized, automated, and impactful customer experiences.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Develop and own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, from lead nurturing to customer retention and reactivation.
- Create and manage multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, retargeting, etc.) that engage prospects and customers throughout their journey.
- Partner with Sales, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to align lifecycle initiatives with overall growth and revenue goals.
- Define, track, and optimize key lifecycle metrics (conversion, engagement, repeat purchase, churn reduction).
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to build scalable, automated workflows and personalize communication at scale.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
What do we expect from you?
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (B2B or B2C).
- Proven track record with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create customer-focused messaging.
- Experience in the automotive, logistics, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Understanding of performance marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google) to collaborate effectively with the paid media team.

- Base monthly salary: from €4310 to €5390 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
