What can you expect your day to look like?
- Actively contribute to the design and improvement of the global training operational model.
- Collect and analyze training needs across functions and regions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Recommend effective learning approaches (e.g., digital learning, classroom, blended) and identify process improvements to enhance learning delivery.
- Support the creation and implementation of global L&D standards and best practices.
- Manage and resolve LM - related requests via JIRA, collaborating with IT, HR, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the L&D representative in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and process adherence.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP and LMS to generate meaningful insights.
What do we expect from you?
- Hands - on experience with LMS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar).
- Knowledge of Articulate or other e - learning authoring tools.
- Experience managing user requests and working with Confluence or similar workspace.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to define requirements for accurate reporting.
- Detail - oriented, reliable, and process - driven approach, with a global perspective.
- Experience in managing initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in audits or compliance - related processes is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
