Lawyer

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and coordinate contracts and related documents, identify relevant legal risks and its’ impact for business.
• Analyse the legal environment, monitor and implement necessary changes.
• Draft procedural documents (lawsuits, complaints, reviews etc.) and, if needed, represent the Company in court proceedings.
• Support Finance, Sales, Business Development departments and other teams on legal matters to enable business growth.
• Initiate process improvements in order to meet the business needs.
• Take charge of assigned legal issues across relevant jurisdictions Girteka operates in.

Our Expectations:

• A lawyer with 2+ years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of Contracting law.
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
• Business oriented and result driven attitude, problem solving skills.
• Striving for continuous improvement and seeking for additional responsibilities.
• Focus on “how” instead of “no”.

Base monthly salary: from €2760 to €3450 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
