Your Responsibilities:
- Administer cargo claims in accordance with the CMR Convention, transportation regulations, and the carrier's civil liability and/or cargo marine insurance contracts.
- Evaluate circumstances and documentation related to cargo claims.
- Investigate cargo claim circumstances and make decisions regarding the compensation for assessed damages.
- Draft documents related to cargo claims (including court proceedings) and, if needed, represent the Company in court.
- Analyze and apply legal acts, court practices, and contracts regulating cargo transportation; identify relevant legal risks and their consequences.
- Provide legal advice to other Company departments on cargo claims and insurance-related matters.
- Collaborate with foreign insurance companies, institutions, and lawyers.
Our expectations:
- A lawyer with 3+ years of experience in a law firm, insurance company, logistics company, or insurance brokerage firm (experience in cargo claims administration would be an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of the CMR Convention and insurance law.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to various processes.
- Ability to take responsibility, demonstrate attention to detail, and analyze and systematize information effectively.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Business-oriented and results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to strive for continuous improvement and seek additional responsibilities.
- Focus on finding solutions "how" instead of saying "no."

- Base monthly salary: from 2750€ to 3500€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
