Key Account Manager

In this role, you will plan and execute sales activities for key existing accounts, where relationship management, identifying growth opportunities, and strategic account development are essential. You will manage accounts with multiple buying locations, including international strategic customers, requiring the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across various stakeholders. Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of our transportation services, their applications, and our clients' business objectives and challenges.

What we expect from you:

  • Manage and develop strong, trust-based relationships with key customers to build a sustainable sales pipeline.  
  • Create and implement long-term strategic plans, design customized solutions, and initiate new projects for key account development.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers within customer organizations; gather relevant information,  present and negotiate commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams; collect customer feedback, provide insights, and ensure smooth communication, follow-up on agreed activities and proper execution.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure effective engagements and follow-up of the activities agreed upon with the customer.

What you will do:

  • Being open and loving interacting with people, able to express yourself, being attentive to customers needs.
  • 2 years of proven experience in business development, customer success, or account management field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Having skills to work independently, make good decisions fast, and take on the responsibility.
  • Being fluent in English (both oral and written) - other languages are a plus.

Base monthly salary:  €3,630–€4,540 gross per month. A quarterly performance-based bonus is available after the probation period, depending on individual and company results. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
