We are looking for a results-driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our Class Trucks Sales team. In this role, you will take ownership of strategic partner relationships across European and Baltic markets, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our international client portfolio. This is a high-impact position for a sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering measurable results.
What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage the full sales cycle within existing accounts – from identifying customer needs to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts to drive growth in value and volume.
- Grow revenue within existing clients (upsell, cross-sell) by identifying additional opportunities.
- Maximize profitability through effective pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions (products, services, financing models).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity and assess their impact on existing clients.
- Track sales KPIs and pipeline performance in CRM systems, initiating actions to improve results.
What do we expect from you?
- Solid, proven experience in active B2B sales (experience in automotive, or heavy vehicle sector is a strong advantage).
- Experience managing international or key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong motivation to exceed sales targets and maximize the performance-based monthly bonus.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional European languages are a plus).
- Valid Category B driving license.

- Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
