Main Purpose of the Job

What can you expect your day to look like?
- Manage and develop strong, trust-based relationships with key customers to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Create and implement long-term strategic plans, design customized solutions, and initiate new projects for key account development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to decision-makers within customer organizations; gather relevant information, present and negotiate commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams; collect customer feedback, provide insights, and ensure smooth communication, follow-up on agreed activities and proper execution.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure effective engagements and follow-up of the activities agreed upon with the customer.
What do we expect from you?
- Being open and loving interacting with people, able to express yourself, being attentive to customers needs.
- 2 years of proven experience in business development, customer success, or account management field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Having skills to work independently, make good decisions fast, and take on the responsibility.
- Being fluent in English (both oral and written) - other languages are a plus.

Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
