Junior Systems Analyst

Main Purpose of the Job

As a Junior Systems Analyst in the RPA (Robotics Process Automation) area, your main purpose will be to support the analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions that support specific business processes. You will work closely with more senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, improve efficiency, and contribute to the successful deployment of robotic solutions.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Assist in analyzing business processes, including AS-IS and TO-BE states
• Support requirements gathering (use cases, user stories, process flows)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs
• Contribute to evaluation of systems, workflows, and IT processes
• Participate in solution validation, testing, and verification activities
• Document findings, issues, and process improvements
• Work on assigned tasks independently while operating under supervision

Salary Range: 2710 - 3390 EUR GROSS
