Junior Spedition Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively work with external cargo exchanges.
  • Analyze the needs of existing and potential new customers, actively follow market trends and competitive environment to prepare and present suitable cooperation proposals to customers and carriers and plan further development opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain proactive, trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term cooperation.
  • Negotiate with customers regarding transportation costs and conditions to maximize profitability.
  • Responsible for the purchase of SPOT cargoes from external cargo exchanges to implement necessary additional services: technical inspections, relocation of new trucks, non-employed trucks, etc.
  • Effectively and timely communicate in resolving issues that arise during cargo transportation between the carrier and the customer (delays, incorrectly specified order.)

  • Knowledge and experience in the sales process.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Good oral and written English skills (B2 level).
