Main Purpose of the Job

The Salesforce Administrator supports the day-to-day running of our Salesforce platform, helping ensure it works reliably for business users across Sales and Service Cloud. Working closely with senior administrators and the wider team, you will handle user requests, make configuration changes, and translate business needs into clean Salesforce solutions while building strong administration fundamentals.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • User Support: Act as a first point of contact for users, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex problems to senior team members.
  • User Management: Help with user provisioning, password resets, permission set assignments, and routine access reviews.
  • Configuration: Make declarative changes such as adding custom fields, updating page layouts, building Flows, and adjusting validation rules across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Data Quality: Support data imports, deduplication, and routine clean-up activities to keep records accurate and trustworthy.
  • Reporting: Build and maintain reports and dashboards based on requests from business stakeholders and operations.
  • Documentation: Keep configuration notes, knowledge base articles, and user guides up to date.
  • Release Support: Help test new features in sandboxes, participate in deployment activities, and follow the team's change-management process.
  • Learning & Growth: Work towards Salesforce certifications and develop your skills with the support of more senior peers.

What do we expect from you?

  • Foundational Experience: Hands-on Salesforce experience through work, internships, or completion of Salesforce Trailhead/Admin training.
  • Curiosity: Eager to learn how business processes work and how Salesforce can support them across Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Attention to Detail: Careful with configuration changes, comfortable following checklists, and disciplined about testing in sandboxes before changes go live.
  • Communication: Friendly and clear when helping users; able to ask good questions when requirements are unclear.
  • Collaboration: Open to feedback and comfortable working alongside senior administrators, developers, and business operations to deliver well-scoped changes.
