Junior Customer Care Specialist

We are looking for a new team member to join our customer care team. You would be responsible for providing support to our team in administrational daily duties. Also in case of team member abscence supporting customers with their logistics needs, handling inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely delivery of goods so as order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, and other logistics-related questions.
  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry and document management.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral).
  • Quick orientation and the ability to manage a large amount of information.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Similar work experience - an advantage.

  • Base monthly salary: from €1470 to €1840 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
