Junior Customer Care Specialist (Shifts)

What you will do:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, and other logistics-related questions.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry and document management.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English, Russian (written and oral).
- Ability to work at nights and weekends.
- Quick orientation and the ability to manage large amount of information.
- Good computer skills.
- Similar work experience is considered as an advantage.
