Junior Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Monitoring costs, analyzing data and delivering cost reports.
• Perform data collection and reporting, often using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings for business leaders or stakeholders.
• Assist in collecting, understanding, and documenting business needs and requirements from stakeholders (clients, management, etc.).
• Cooperate with IT department to implement business requirements.
• Assist in validating solutions by helping with testing and ensuring they meet business requirements.

• 1+ years’ of experience in analytical role.
• Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized.
• Fluency in English language - verbal and written communication, including technical writing.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Base monthly salary: from 2110€ to 2630€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
