Intern in Talent Acquisition team

Main Purpose of the Job

We are seeking for a motivated and detailed oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. In this role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. This internship is perfect possibility to explore a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and social media;

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers;

• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team;

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Our expectations:

• Currently pursuing degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field;
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources;
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
• Computer skills;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages;
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
