What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and social media;
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What do we expect from you?

  • Currently pursuing degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field;
  • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources;
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
  • Computer skills;
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
