Intern at Customer Care Group (Shifts)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry and document management.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, and other logistics-related questions.

Our expectations:

  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (written and oral).
  • Ability to work in the evenings and weekends.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Quick orientation and the ability to manage a large amount of information.
