Intern - Debt Management Analysis

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Debtor Portfolio.
  • Develop work lists for the call center to efficiently manage the debt collection process.
  • Set priorities for which debtors need to be contacted, considering factors such as debt amount, age, and other relevant criteria.
  • Analyze the performance of the call center, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improving efficiency.
  • Reporting to managers.

Our expectations:

  • Good Knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
  • Ability to work smoothly with computer programs.
  • Excellent Excel or other analytical tools skills.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with data sets.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
