Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to lead and inspire a team? We are looking for a Head of Vehicle Procurement  Department to spearhead our procurement strategies, build and nurture relationships with strategic suppliers, and drive excellence in our procurement operations.

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Own and lead the end-to-end procurement function, setting direction and ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Define and execute procurement strategies that drive cost efficiency, value creation, and long-term business impact.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships, leading complex negotiations and ensuring sustainable value delivery.
• Drive procurement governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and external regulations.
• Act as a key business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decision-making and enabling business growth.
• Oversee procurement performance through data-driven insights, defining KPIs and ensuring transparency at executive level.
• Own and manage the procurement budget, driving financial discipline, cost optimization, and return on investment.

• Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to lead complex negotiations and supplier ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate across functions
• Solid experience in governance, risk management, and compliance
• Strong financial acumen, including budget ownership and cost optimization
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian language.

• Base monthly salary: from €5670 to 7080€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements
