Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to lead and inspire a team? We are looking for a Head of Vehicle Procurement  Department to spearhead our procurement strategies, build and nurture relationships with strategic suppliers, and drive excellence in our procurement operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement Ownership: Take full responsibility for the purchasing process, serving as the key decision-maker.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies: Meet company goals and objectives.
• Lead the Procurement Team: Set objectives, delegate tasks, mentor your team to achieve high performance.
• Manage Supplier Relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships with strategic suppliers, including performance monitoring, issue resolution.
• Mitigate Risks: Assess and manage business risks tied to procurement activities.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor and Report Performance: Analyze key procurement metrics and report to senior management.
• Budget Management: Oversee the procurement department's budget.
• Foster an Engaging Work Culture: Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Our expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sales, or supply chain management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• In-depth practical knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian language.

• Base monthly salary: from €6750 to €7590 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, demonstrated competencies, and suitability for the requirements of the position. If reaching annual targets bonus pay out would be 50% of annual base salary. The maximum bonus could be 100% of base salary earned over the financial year if targets are exceeded.
