Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities. 
  • Communicate and implement the team’s strategy. 
  • Motivate the team to achieve business goals. 
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback. 
  • Develop a training strategy aligned with business needs and leadership goals. 
  • Assess training needs to identify skill gaps for both employees and management. 
  • Collaborate with leaders to design targeted training programs and competency frameworks for all management levels. 
  • Utilize diverse instructional methods for effective knowledge transfer and customized leadership development. 
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness and track the impact on business performance regularly.  
  • Develop and maintain global policies for talent and skills development, including guidelines for participation, budget, and evaluation. 
  • Advise and monitor the application of policies across the organization. 
  • Work with P&C Business Partners and Business Unit Managers to align learning and development priorities with company goals. 
  • Address logistics team skills gaps through external training partnerships. 
  • Use data to measure and enhance the learning and development team's effectiveness. 
  • Employ diverse methods, including workshops and virtual platforms, tailored to different regions. 

Our expectations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the logistics industry. 
  • Leadership and Learning Development Expertise: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and performance management. Deep understanding of L&D principles and methodologies, along with a track record of designing and implementing successful training programs for adult learners. Ability to create engaging and effective L&D programs.  
  • Data Analysis: Excellent analytical skills and experience utilizing data to measure training effectiveness. Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making and measure program outcomes. 
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including P&C Business. 
  • ​​Proficient English language skills mandatory. Other business relevant language skills, including Lithuanian, preferential. ​ 
  • Important personality traits: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences, and enthusiasm for learning and helping others develop their skills.
