Your Responsibilities
- Develop a retail network business strategy to ensure sales revenue and profit growth while controlling costs.
- Monitor and oversee the implementation of the strategy at the regional level within the sales channel.
- Act as a leading expert in the retail channel, building motivated and efficient retail teams across European countries.
- Ensure profitable vehicle sales and high-quality customer service in European countries in line with set sales and revenue plans, generating planned revenue and profit.
- Provide leadership to the department's management team, cultivating a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
- Drive initiatives to enhance sales performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular visits to sales locations to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Finance, Fleet Management, etc. to meet performance objectives and strategic business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Our Expectations
- 5-7 years of experience in retail business with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and market conditions.
- Proven ability to lead teams in multiple locations, with excellent organizational and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members, set clear goals, drive results, and take responsibility for overall performance.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace change and innovation, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Willingness to travel for work purposes.
