Your Responsibilities
- Own, create and execute the global driver recruitment strategy and pipelines to ensure Girteka Group business needs
- Work with internal hiring agencies to streamline the effective hiring process
- Research and analyze new markets for attracting drivers and build relationships with the local hiring partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government institutions, embassies and other stakeholders to ensure regular collaboration
- Advocate for internal and external customers - focused approach in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand, positioning Girteka Group as an employer of choice in the industry
- Lead and inspire a diverse, international, high – performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
Our expectations
- Proven experience in leading global teams, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and global hiring processes on a large scale
- Experience in attracting and recruiting third countries employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English and Russian (B2 level or higher), and the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts
- Understanding of legal and tax regulations related to employment, particularly in international markets
- Familiarity with the operations of hiring agencies and how they contribute to large – scale recruitment processes would be an advantage
- Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work in a fast - paced working environment

Base monthly salary: from €6580 to €8230 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
