About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of SAP ERP Products to lead the evolution of our SAP ERP capabilities and shape how SAP supports the future growth of our business.

What you will do:

• Own and drive the SAP ERP strategy and roadmap, aligned with business strategy and growth.
• Shape and modernize the SAP ERP landscape, ensuring it is scalable, sustainable, and fit for the future.
• Lead SAP ERP transformation, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SAP ERP products and capabilities have clear ownership, strong prioritization, and a focus on business and user outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships between business and IT through cross-functional SAP product communities.
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing SAP ERP team and future capabilities.
• Own SAP ERP priorities and investments, ensuring focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted SAP ERP partner to senior business and technology leaders.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience leading SAP ERP transformation, digitalization, or process optimization in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and the business processes it supports.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing SAP ERP teams.
• Experience with product-oriented ways of working and ownership of enterprise SAP capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to drive SAP ERP execution and deliver results.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity, challenge the status quo, and turn SAP ERP strategy into practical solutions.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or another asset-intensive industry is a strong advantage.

Base monthly salary: from 6200 to 9200 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
