Head of ERP Solutions

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Lead the teams which design and deliver of SAP ERP solutions with a focus on Fleet and Asset Management 
• Translate business requirements into system processes in SAP FI, CO, FM, PS, MM, WMS, SD, EAM, VMS, RE-FX modules 
• Oversee SAP enhancements, custom developments, and integration with Salesforce, Credit Bureau, VIM, OpenText, e-invoicing, National Banks of Lithuania, Norway and Poland, CITI bank, VAT Invoice Refister Data (i.SAF) 
• Manage upgrades, patching, and performance of SAP systems (ECC or S/4HANA) in collaboration with SAP Basis 
• Drive continuous improvement in fleet utilization, cost control, compliance, and reporting 
• Work closely with business users, operations, and IT teams to ensure adoption and ROI 
• Ensure documentation, testing, and training are aligned with business process changes 

What do we expect from you?

• At least 3 years of SAP ERP and IT project experience
• Over 3 years of experience in managing and leading teams
• Familiarity with SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), MM, SD, SAP Fleet Management (or an equivalent vehicle management application), and integration with FI/CO 
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps, and mobility solutions for field service is a strong plus 
• Proven ability to gather requirements, lead workshops, and ensure end-to-end process delivery 
• Collaborate with test leads to ensure testing of existing and new functionality, including regression testing, understanding of vehicle cost tracking, preventive maintenance, and work order lifecycle 
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Experience in transport, utilities, logistics, or asset-intensive industries is preferred
