HR Processes and Systems Key User

What can you expect your day to look like?

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors, other HR systems and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience by assisting with system inquiries, issue resolution, process guidance, and data quality management.
  • Analyze business and user needs, gather and document requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize  Recruitment, HR and Learning processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support clear, consistent, and standardized ways of working.
  • Support testing activities, system enhancements, and release implementations to ensure reliable system performance and successful adoption of changes.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive and implement process improvements and system-related initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education degree.
  • Understanding of HR and/or Learning & Development processes and best practices. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, user-focused, and results-driven mindset.
  • Good English skills.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be considered an advantage.

  • Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
