HR Expansion Team Lead

What can you expect your day to look like?
- Lead and develop the recruitment team, ensuring achievement of goals, process quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate cooperation with recruitment agencies, internal departments, and public institutions (Migration Department, Employment Service, Ministries, etc.).
- Share the best practices within the team and actively encourage professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, prepare reports, and propose process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and strengthen the employer brand internationally.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience in recruiting third - country nationals (non-EU citizens).
- Experience in transport, logistics, or manufacturing sectors involving high-volume hiring is a significant advantage.
- Experience leading or coordinating a recruitment team or project.
- Hands - on experience working with government institutions (Migration Department, Employment Service, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem - solving skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
- Strong analytical and prioritization abilities, goal - oriented mindset.
- Good command of English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

- Base monthly salary: from €2930 to €3670 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
