German Speaking Business Developer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Research information to uncover business prospects in Western Europe.
  • Drive lead generation efforts, nurturing a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, engaging calls, compelling emails, and networking events.
  • Present company services to potential partners and develop unique sales propositions outlying the benefits of our services.
  • Prepare and lead negotiations, crafting win-win deals and sealing agreements.
  • Build long term partnerships with potential customers, acquire deep understanding of the customers needs and present the appropriate business solution.
  • Pro-actively manage the integration of new business accounts with the internal departments to ensure smooth agreement implementation.
  • Track performance of main KPIs and take necessary improvement actions.

Our Expectations:

  • At least 2 year of experience in international B2B sales and/or business development.
  • Excellent sales, negotiations, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record in maintaining good relationships and fulfilling customers’ needs.
  • Ability to present yourself, also open and enjoying interaction with people.
  • You know how to spot a good business opportunity and develop it from an opportunity to a success.
  • Ability to travel at least 1 week per month.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Knowledge of Germany language, at least B2
  • Valid driver‘s license (advantageous).
