Functional Consultant

What can you expect your day to look like?
- Gather, structure, and prioritise business requirements and improvement requests.
- Translate process needs into functional design and clear change requests.
- Maintain the backlog, issue priorities, and decision log.
- Coordinate workshops, fit-gap discussions, and business validation with stakeholders.
- Support UAT, change communication, and adoption readiness.
- Ensure that changes remain aligned with agreed process design and project scope.
- Act as the main functional counterpart for Navitrans (TMS) / implementation partner.
What do we expect from you?
- 3+ years in business analysis, functional analysis, application ownership, ERP/TMS consulting, or product ownership experience.
- Strong ability to structure requirements, prioritise requests, and communicate across business and IT.
- Experience with process mapping, workshops, issue clarification, and stakeholder management.
- Ownership mindset, clear communication in spoken and written English, and comfort in cross-functional environments with ability to challenge both business users and external vendors constructively.
- Experience with Navitrans, Business Central, or another transport / logistics platform
- Background in transport operations, planning, customer service, pricing, or finance-process integration is considered as an advantage.
- Experience in UAT coordination, hypercare support, and change governance, knowledge of BPMN, user stories, or structured requirement methods is considered as an advantage.

- Base monthly salary: from €3350 to €4190 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
