Fuel and Toll Functions Specialist

What can you expect your day to look like?

• Analysis and control of fuel and toll expenses.
• Collaboration with colleagues to resolve daily transport and accounting issues.
• Supervision and coordination of the issuance process for toll payment methods (cards, devices, etc.), ensuring smooth operations.
• Data entry, verification, and updates in internal and external systems.
• Data collection from supplier systems, its analysis, and forwarding of information to accounting for payment.
• Monitoring and verification of suspicious transactions, and implementation of theft prevention measures in the field of toll collection.
• Monitoring and analysis of assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Preparation and submission of reports as required.
• Participation in internal company projects.

What do we expect from you?

• Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian would be a significant advantage).
• Minimum of a higher education degree (college/non-university higher education).
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, result-oriented, responsible, and proactive.

• Base monthly salary: from €1930 to €2420 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
