Financial Reporting and Control Manager

What you will do:
- Lead and develop the financial control and reporting team.
- Act as Finance Business Controller for a designated business area.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Ensure financial data accuracy through regular reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage external audits and ensure timely responses to auditor inquiries.
- Drive improvements and streamline financial processes.
- Oversee tax reporting in line with local and OECD requirements.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a financial control leadership or similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial control, accounting principles, regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.

Base monthly salary
From 4540 to 5680 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
