Financial Process Expert

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, including process flows, data models, and integration mappings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the IT team to gather and analyse business needs, translating them into technical requirements.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose optimized "TO BE" business processes and system enhancements.
• Test the implemented solutions to ensure they align with the functional requirements and address the business needs.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Our expectations:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably with a focus on financial processes (accounts receivable, revenue, inter-company transactions, etc).
• Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in full cycle ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.

• Base monthly salary: from 3450€ to 3800€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
