Financial Analyst

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly managerial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Provide support in quarterly financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting cycle as well as rolling forecast to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Support interim and annual financial audits to maintain compliance and integrity.
  • Prepare working capital reports on a weekly basis and promptly notify stakeholders of any material deviations.
  • Coordinate monthly closures across Group Companies and facilitate intra-company reconciliations.
  • Deliver comprehensive cost reports and conduct thorough analysis on cost variances.
  • Maintain active communication with accounting and relevant stakeholders to ensure precise finance control.
  • Engage in various cross-departmental projects to support financial objectives.
  • Address diverse and challenging ad-hoc tasks as they arise with efficiency and professionalism.

Our expectations:

  • Proven working experience with financial reporting and analytical tasks (2 - 3 years). Experience in BIG4 companies is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the accounting processes
  • Strong academic background, ideally holding a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Economics.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and possessing a process-oriented mindset.
  • Proven data analysis skills with technical capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English and good Lithuania knowledge. Danish or Norwegian language is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €2650 to €3980 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
