We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance Controller to join our team and play a key role in shaping our financial operations. In this role, you will manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements, support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, and ensure our processes run smoothly and efficiently. We're seeking someone who is not only detail-oriented and knowledgeable in financial reporting but also collaborative and eager to drive continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare Consolidated quarterly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. 
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards. 
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial information by reconciling and correcting data discrepancies. 
  • Coordinate and lead audits by providing necessary documents and explanations. 
  • Assist in the annual budgeting cycle as well as rolling forecast to ensure accurate financial planning. 
  • Improve efficiency and implement best practices in financial processes. 
  • Analyze financial performance, gather data from other departments, and provide insights to aid in decision-making and planning. 
  • Identify and address potential risks and control deficiencies related to financial processes to reduce organizational risks. 
  • Assist in implementing change management initiatives for financial control and process improvement. 

Our expectations

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in a financial role.
  • High proficiency in data gathering and analysis, particularly in Excel.
  • Impeccable consolidation and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to handle complex stakeholder requests.
  • Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
  • High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

Base monthly salary: from €3800 to €4940 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
