We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Financial Control team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information, preparing financial statements, and improving financial control processes.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of financial information by reconciling and correcting data discrepancies.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Coordinate audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Create and design controlling reports, and dashboards.
- Improve efficiency and implement best practices in financial processes.
- Maintain active communication with accounting, business management and relevant stakeholders to ensure precise finance control.
- Engage in various cross-departmental projects to support financial objectives.
- Taking part in SAP S4/Hana system implementation and improvement.
Our expectations
- Work experience as a financial/data analyst or controller for at least 3 years.
- Logical/mathematical/analytical set of mind, fast-learner, detail-oriented, well-organized.
- University education (in the field of finance, economics or exact science).
- High proficiency in data gathering and analysis, particularly in Excel. Experience with Qlikview, SQL and Power BI is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
- High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
- Experience working with accounting systems Microsoft AX, SAP is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €3450 to €4310 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the position's requirements.
