We are looking for Finance Controller to join our team and take a pivotal role in our financial operations. Reporting directly to the CFO of the Thermo-Transit Group (part of Girteka) based in Oslo, Norway, you will oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, provide strategic insights through detailed financial analysis, and ensure the efficiency of our processes. Your Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial results, including monthly internal and external reports and quarterly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow), in adherence to accounting standards and Girteka Group policies.
- Prepare and manage periodic cash flow overviews. This includes cash flow forecast to identify cash flow needs and optimize cash management, planning foreign currency and analyze cassh flow deficiencies.
- Support local audits and act as audit liaison for Girteka group audit by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts for accurate financial planning and timely revisions.
- Improve efficiency by reviewing financial processes and adopting best practices and automation tools.
- Analyze financial performance using departmental data and KPIs to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks and control deficiencies to enhance organizational safety and compliance.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial information.
Our expectations
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
- 4-5 years’ experience in a financial role.
- High proficiency in data gathering and analysis, particularly in Excel.
- Impeccable consolidation and financial reporting knowledge.
- Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to handle complex stakeholder requests.
- Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
- High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
- Some travel should be expected.

Base monthly salary: from €3290 to €4940 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
