Finance Controller (Dedicated to Asset Management)

We are looking for a skilled Finance Controller dedicated to the asset management business to join our team. As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information, preparing financial statements, and improving financial processes. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of financial information by reconciling and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
  • Improve efficiency and implement best practices in financial processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, gather data from other departments, and provide insights to aid in decision-making and planning.
  • Identify and address potential risks and control deficiencies related to financial processes to reduce organizational risks.
  • Assist in implementing change management initiatives for financial control and process improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the intergroup pricing strategy.

Our expectations

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a financial role.
  • High proficiency in data gathering and Excel analysis skills.
  • Impeccable accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
  • Analytical mindset, accuracy, and ability to handle complex stakeholder requests.
  • Positive attitude, openness, practical approach, and a strong focus on results.
  • High levels of spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
