Ferry Category Lead

What you will do:

• Search and evaluate potential suppliers, and lead in negotiation to ensure the best possible terms of cooperation.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Analyze procurement data, statistics and key performance indicators and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Lead dedicated Supply team, including goal setting, task assignment, providing recommendations, and support.
• Ensure successful team performance and collaboration with other organizational units.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably with leadership experience.
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation of terms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at least at the C1 level.

• Base monthly salary: From 4540 to 5680 EUR (before tax). The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
